HIPAA and PHI Policy

Zentrik is a product management and workflow platform. The Service is not designed to store or process Protected Health Information ("PHI") unless the parties execute a Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") and the account is configured accordingly.

Customers should not upload PHI to Zentrik unless a BAA is in place.
